Base Salary
$66k - $102k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop production-grade LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows using Python.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines over enterprise data using embeddings and vector databases.
- Build multi-step, tool-using agents with planning, execution, and memory capabilities.
- Integrate AI systems with APIs, backend services, and cloud platforms.
- Establish evaluation, reliability, and performance strategies addressing accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Participate in requirements elicitation, software design, coding, code reviews, testing, integration, and repository maintenance.
- Resolve production issues, coordinate bug fixes, and recommend preventive reliability strategies.
- Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or qualifying progressive specialty experience in lieu of education.
- Strong Python expertise and experience building and deploying production-grade backend systems.
- Experience developing LLM applications, including prompt engineering and orchestration.
- Experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
- System design experience building and scaling cloud-based applications.
- Ability to work across the end-to-end software development lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
