Base Salary
$169k - $222k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain lightweight custom web applications and internal tooling for go-to-market teams.
- Develop integrations between GTM tools, internal systems, and LLM APIs using webhooks, APIs, and automation platforms.
- Create, deploy, and maintain automated workflows that eliminate manual effort.
- Own selected GTM tools and drive their technical roadmap through automation and AI-driven improvements.
- Monitor data consistency across systems and implement sustainable automated fixes.
- Troubleshoot complex integration, workflow, and custom application issues.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, product teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to turn operational friction into technical improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical operations, revenue operations, automation engineering, or software engineering focused on internal tooling.
- Proven ability to use AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or Cursor to develop, debug, and deploy web applications.
- Foundational Python knowledge and ideally basic HTML and JavaScript skills.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, LLM APIs, and integration platforms such as n8n, Workato, or Zapier.
- Familiarity with the data models and APIs of GTM tools such as Salesforce, Clay, Marketo, Calendly, Aircall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and DocuSign.
- Strong analytical, communication, independent execution, and problem-solving skills.
