Responsibilities
- Support customer design-in activities and promote NXP MPU/SoC products and vertical-market solutions with sales and marketing teams.
- Act as the primary technical customer contact and coordinate technical projects through successful execution.
- Provide technical support throughout customer product design and development using NXP products and solutions.
- Develop internal technical proofs of concept demonstrating technologies, use cases, and solution opportunities.
- Support architecture reviews, system-level debugging, performance optimization, and issue resolution.
- Gather customer requirements and market feedback and communicate them to NXP product and business teams.
Requirements
- Master's or doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong operating-systems knowledge with hands-on Linux kernel, device driver, and board support package development experience.
- Experience with ARM Cortex-A, Cortex-M, or Cortex-R processors or heterogeneous computing platforms.
- Solid embedded hardware and software development experience.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Preferred experience with Android or QNX.
- Preferred experience with automotive hardware and software ecosystems, including AUTOSAR, MCAL, and functional safety.
- Strong customer-facing, communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
