Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance cloud platform services for efficient application delivery.
- Own the full lifecycle of platform services including development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Design and implement scalable and secure platform solutions following SRE principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and technical priorities.
- Continuously improve platform capabilities based on feedback from engineering teams.
- Monitor platform health and implement long-term reliability improvements.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost efficiency.
- Promote Infrastructure as Code and DevOps best practices across teams.
- Support engineering teams in adopting platform services and improving developer experience.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across engineering teams.
Requirements
- Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, Platform Engineer, or similar role in cloud-native environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Strong experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Azure DevOps YAML Pipelines and reusable pipeline templates.
- Familiarity with Azure services such as AKS, Azure Networking, and Azure SQL.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with monitoring, incident management, and platform reliability.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams.
- Proactive ownership mindset for solving technical challenges.
