Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure Windows applications, services, and web services using .NET, C#, WPF/XAML, C++, ASP.NET MVC Web API, HTML/CSS, Python, and PowerShell.
- Develop PowerShell automation for system administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and vulnerability mitigation in Windows environments.
- Manage cloud-based solutions on AWS and Azure using secure deployment and access-control practices.
- Use GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, and Confluence for version control, issue tracking, continuous integration/deployment, and documentation.
- Integrate Secure Token Service and DataHound into applications for secure authentication and data management.
- Gather requirements and create design documents, technical documentation, test reports, security plans, and authorization packages.
- Support containerized, orchestrated application solutions across on-premises environments and remote cloud services.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph is required.
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience is required.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with .NET, C#, WPF/XAML, C++, ASP.NET MVC Web API, HTML/CSS, Python, and PowerShell is requested.
- Experience developing Windows applications, Windows services, and web services on IIS is required.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, and Confluence is requested.
- Experience with Secure Token Service and DataHound is requested.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Windows system administration, troubleshooting, SDLC, IIS deployment, requirements gathering, design documentation, and technical writing is requested.
- Preferred qualifications include Docker, Vagrant or similar infrastructure automation tools; Maven and Jenkins build automation; REST or SOAP API and web service development; and Perl, shell scripting, or similar scripting languages.
- Candidates must pass Cherokee Federal pre-employment qualifications.
