Responsibilities
- Own entire product areas from concept through deployment.
- Build and ship AI-powered, agentic recruiting automation systems.
- Ship production features daily and transition rapidly built code toward scale and quality when appropriate.
- Collaborate directly with the CTO and founding engineers.
- Talk with customers and iterate on the product based on feedback.
- Take full ownership of projects and contribute to product direction as an early engineering hire.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools such as Cursor.
- Ideally, experience working with LLM APIs.
- High-agency, resourceful startup mindset and strong ownership orientation.
- Willingness to work in an intense, collaborative San Francisco hackerhouse environment.
