Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs and solutions.
- Design, develop, modify, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications.
- Develop and execute test cases, usage scenarios, and validation processes to ensure error-free software.
- Troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, improve performance, and support software or system upgrades.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, implementation, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, project specifications, and status updates.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, stakeholders, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, gather feedback, resolve queries, and support on-time delivery.
- Provide timely customer communication and maintain professional email, call, and fault-report interactions.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming and development skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience or skill in claims processing.
- Ability to understand requirements, analyze systems and workflows, and create feasible software designs.
- Ability to code, test, debug, modify, and optimize software applications.
- Experience developing software validation processes and executing test cases or usage scenarios.
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend system improvements.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation, reports, diagrams, and project-status materials.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, systems analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and skill-upgrading certifications.
