Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mid- to large-scale software development and Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
- Design, develop, implement, and deploy Oracle Integration Cloud solutions, including integrations between Oracle Cloud and legacy applications.
- Gather and analyze business, integration, architecture, and infrastructure requirements with clients and business owners.
- Provide technical development leadership, architecture guidance, technology roadmaps, proof-of-concept prototypes, and implementation oversight.
- Direct code reviews and unit-testing activities and ensure the quality of development deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and strategies.
- Coach and mentor cloud technical team members and transfer Oracle solution and integration knowledge to clients.
- Create customer-facing interfaces, procedural documentation, presentations, demonstrations, and status reports.
- Support knowledge transfer, best-practice guidance, and handoff to client resources.
- Manage multiple projects for different clients and perform related special projects and duties.
Requirements
- 7+ years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle ERP implementations and a bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.
- Oracle Cloud SaaS technical development experience.
- Oracle Cloud PaaS experience focused on Integration Cloud Service, Java Cloud Service, and Database Cloud Service.
- Experience developing integrations with Oracle Middleware, including SOA Suite and Fusion Middleware.
- Experience extending Oracle SaaS with PaaS, including custom applications in Java Cloud Service or similar environments.
- Experience with Oracle Identity Manager, LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, and identity propagation.
- Experience serving as a solution architect or lead on at least two full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud or on-premises implementations.
- Expertise with Web Services, including Oracle-delivered SOAP and REST services.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud data conversion and Oracle Cloud SaaS security.
- Experience creating BI Publisher, FRS, and OTBI reports.
- Functional understanding of Oracle applications, advanced programming knowledge, database development and maintenance, Agile development technologies, and project management.
- Experience managing multiple client projects and developing customer-facing interfaces.
