Responsibilities
- Design and deliver future-ready workplace solutions and sustainable Microsoft investment roadmaps for clients.
- Lead modern workplace architectures using Zero Trust, cloud-first principles, enterprise integration, automation, and cloud-native services.
- Support strategic workplace transformation sales and delivery through proposals, client presentations, RFP responses, and account-team collaboration.
- Advise senior client stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop workplace propositions incorporating AI, digital employee experience, and hybrid work enablement.
- Provide expertise, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the global modern workplace professional community.
Requirements
- Proven experience architecting and supporting the sales and delivery of modern workplace solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
- Strong Microsoft 365 adoption, governance, and security experience across content services, collaboration platforms, and compliance frameworks.
- A demonstrated track record leading enterprise-scale digital workplace transformation programs valued at $1M or more.
- Expertise in end-to-end solution design, enterprise architecture, integration, automation, and cloud-native services.
- Practical experience with AI-driven workplace tools such as Copilot, Power Platform, and Cognitive Services.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust, identity, conditional access, device security, data loss prevention, and threat protection.
- Experience with enterprise information architecture, content migration, workflow automation, and process optimization using Power Automate and third-party tools.
- Ability to collaborate across global delivery models and complex matrix organizations.
- Strong client-facing consulting, solution-shaping, stakeholder-influencing, and business-to-technical translation skills.
- Experience in one or more workplace technology areas including identity and security, endpoint and device management, collaboration and content services, virtualization and cloud PC, or core infrastructure.
