Responsibilities
- Perform QA automation engineering for the FaaS PODS team, particularly for Treasury and Cash Management features.
- Manage and improve test automation architecture, frameworks, coding standards, and automation testing strategies.
- Develop and maintain automated tests for web, mobile, desktop, database, and web-service applications.
- Write database queries and procedures and use database development tools and concepts.
- Support manual testing when needed and log bugs and test results.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to a team-oriented, results-driven culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- 3–6+ years of information technology experience focused on quality assurance and automation testing.
- Proficiency with .NET and/or Java, JavaScript and/or Python, XML/JSON, SQL/NoSQL technologies, APIs, and GUI interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, REST API tools, Postman/Fiddler, Playwright, and other automation tools.
- Proficiency with Behavior-Driven Development and tools such as Cucumber/Gherkin.
- Experience with performance automation tools such as JMeter and BlazeMeter.
- Experience with Azure Pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and unit test frameworks including TestNG, JUnit, NUnit, or MS Test.
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail to log bugs and test results.
- Strong communication, collaboration, initiative, judgment, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
- Exposure to the financial services sector is preferred.
