Responsibilities
- Analyze business and system requirements and design ServiceNow solutions across multiple business functions.
- Lead the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of ServiceNow applications, modules, integrations, and custom scoped applications.
- Coordinate technical projects, assign tasks, mentor team members, and ensure successful delivery.
- Develop ServiceNow capabilities using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, UI Builder, and related platform technologies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions and best practices to improve platform performance and business outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership, manage complex issues independently, and support occasional non-standard hours, nights, weekends, and on-call responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and solution delivery.
- Strong hands-on JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development experience, including GRC/IRM and Service Portal.
- Experience with integrations using REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, JDBC, Integration Hub, and related technologies.
- Experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, Configurable Workspace, Now Experience Framework, Flow Designer, and Automated Test Framework.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, project delivery, and technical leadership skills.
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow GRC/IRM, or ITIL Foundation certification; enterprise-scale implementation experience; mentoring experience; and knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, or Customer Service Management.
