Base Salary
$89k - $233k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical authority and strategic architect for Oracle Simphony across global restaurant operations.
- Define the Simphony architecture strategy, technical roadmap, integration framework, enterprise standards, governance models, and modernization initiatives.
- Lead design and deployment of Simphony POS, inventory management, menu management, loyalty, digital commerce, and back-of-house capabilities.
- Architect integrations between Simphony and Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Retail, data platforms, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
- Lead global rollouts, platform migrations, large-scale transformation programs, architecture reviews, solution workshops, vendor engagements, and technology strategy sessions.
- Guide delivery teams through deployment planning, testing strategies, release management, and production readiness.
- Improve system performance, scalability, security, resilience, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor architects, consultants, engineers, and technical leaders while supporting executive communications, governance, investment planning, business development, solutioning, and pre-sales.
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in Oracle Simphony and enterprise restaurant technology ecosystems.
- Experience with solution architecture, enterprise integrations, modernization initiatives, and large-scale technology transformation programs.
- Strong business acumen, executive stakeholder management, consulting, and strategic technology leadership capabilities.
- Experience with Simphony POS, inventory, menu management, loyalty, digital ordering, and back-of-house capabilities.
- Experience architecting integrations using APIs, middleware platforms, cloud services, and cloud-native technologies.
- Ability to establish technical standards and governance and lead global deployments, migrations, testing, release management, and production readiness.
- Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams and engage with executive, operations, finance, supply chain, digital, product, and technology stakeholders.
