Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, test, and maintain VisionPLUS applications and related components.
- Analyze business requirements and contribute to technical design and solution implementation.
- Develop and modify COBOL programs and JCL for batch and online transaction processing.
- Perform impact analysis, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and fixes for recurring production issues.
- Monitor jobs and support batch failures, production incidents, system integration, data migration, and upgrade activities.
- Prepare unit test cases and support SIT and UAT testing cycles.
- Participate in requirement discussions and solution walkthroughs with internal teams.
- Collaborate with SMEs and QA teams while following coding, quality, and documentation standards.
Requirements
- 5 to 9 years of experience in VisionPLUS technical development.
- Hands-on experience with VisionPLUS modules including CMS, FAS, TRAMS, ITS, Rewards, and Disputes.
- Hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and CICS on mainframe systems.
- Experience with batch processing, online transaction processing, enhancements, maintenance projects, production support, and defect resolution.
- Good understanding of the cards and payments domain, including credit, debit, prepaid, authorization, billing, settlement, and payments.
- Basic understanding of Visa, MasterCard, and RuPay scheme processing.
- Experience with Endevor, Changeman, or File-Aid is preferred.
- Understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
