Responsibilities
- Lead the technical modernization efforts within the Provider organization.
- Set the technical roadmap and establish engineering standards.
- Drive high-impact initiatives across all teams in the Provider domain.
- Mentor team members and review architectural designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical and product strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in full-stack development and microservices.
- Proven technical leadership as a principal or lead architect.
- Expertise in building high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring others and establishing design patterns.
