Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrated M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform solutions, including AI agents, workflows, connectors, data access, and environment strategies.
- Translate customer and partner challenges into secure, resilient, AI-enabled, cost-optimized, and performance-optimized architectures aligned with business outcomes.
- Support technical pre-sales, proofs of concept, rapid prototypes, partner implementations, and opportunities that increase solution usage and customer value.
- Drive customer adoption, change management, operational readiness, consumption, value realization, retention, and expansion.
- Manage technical and business risks, blockers, governance, deployment constraints, and solution delivery practices.
- Build relationships with technical and business decision makers, including CIO, CISO, and other executive stakeholders.
- Provide customer and partner feedback to Engineering and Product Offerings teams to influence roadmaps, bug prioritization, and initiatives.
- Mentor colleagues, lead technical readiness and upskilling activities, contribute to communities and virtual teams, and develop reusable intellectual property and frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, internal or external.
- At least 4 years of experience working on technical projects involving Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and similar technologies.
- Technical certification in Cloud Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or similar technologies.
- Ability to work across customer, partner, sales, engineering, product, IT, security, and business stakeholder groups.
