Java Full Stack Engineer - Assistant Manager

- Analyze, design, and develop solutions for integration services.
- Build enterprise web applications and system integrations using Java, APIs, messaging, file transport, and integration platforms.
- Deliver development tasks using coding best practices and address non-functional requirements.
- Participate in major technical upgrades and large technical initiatives.
- Manage work across and within agile teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Understand user needs, propose optimized solutions, and resolve critical issues and risks.
- Integrate processes using BPM-based tools and industry-standard or proprietary formats.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot or Python.
- Experience with Angular and/or React.js and Node.js.
- Experience with one or more of REST, SOAP, GraphQL, gRPC, Avro, or WebSocket.
- Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including technologies such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with JUnit or Pytest unit-testing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, or OpenShift.
- Experience with Maven, Gradle, Poetry, PDM, or Pipenv build frameworks.
- Experience working in agile teams and understanding of the agile model.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps/CI/CD, IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, SFTP, FTP, Samba, MFT, Copilot, Devin, or other AI coding assistants.
- Strong results focus, business acumen, curiosity, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and technology influence.
