Base Salary
$180k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and architect systems and features on a cloud-native platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and drive delivery.
- Enhance reporting, statements, and login/entitlements management systems.
- Coordinate with other engineering teams for broader platform functionality.
- Manage projects from scoping through production, ensuring timely delivery.
- Champion the adoption of AI to improve team performance and outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and software design skills.
- Expertise in Java, Scala, Kotlin, C#, or similar programming languages.
- Strong database and SQL knowledge.
- In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills to build trust with technical and non-technical partners.
- Experience with the full development lifecycle of a commercial system.
