Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design for the Finance, Treasury, and Wholesale Banking domain.
- Define and enforce architecture principles aligned with business goals and enterprise standards.
- Own architecture roadmaps, current- and future-state visibility, dependencies, and business-unit planning.
- Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams to present designs and enable execution.
- Drive early-stage estimation, risk identification, and dependency management.
- Champion best practices, manage architecture governance and repositories, and improve design quality, compliance, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in solution architecture frameworks, cloud design, and modern architecture patterns.
- Deep understanding of non-functional requirements including performance, resilience, security, and scalability.
- At least 7 years of experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
- Financial services experience is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of development and architecture practices, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across business and IT.
