Base Salary
$89k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define architecture and reusable patterns for Teamcenter Quality solutions and integrated PLM processes.
- Architect Non-Conformance Management, CAPA, Audit Management, Supplier Quality, FMEA integration, product structures, and change-management workflows.
- Design integration strategies across CAD, ERP, MES/manufacturing, quality, and service systems using SOA, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture.
- Govern BMIDE data models, configuration and quality object extensions, AWC configurations, and Teamcenter customization decisions.
- Lead end-to-end implementation programs, define digital quality transformation roadmaps, and mentor team members.
- Establish governance for quality processes, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, traceability, validation, data accuracy, and system performance.
Requirements
- 15-18+ years of experience in PLM implementations.
- At least 3 years of experience with Teamcenter Quality or QMS modules.
- Deep understanding of Non-Conformance Management, CAPA, audits, EBOM/MBOM, variant conditions, effectivity, and occurrence management.
- Strong expertise in BMIDE data modeling and extensions, AWC configurations, and ITK/SOA APIs.
- Experience integrating product structures, change-management workflows, CAD, ERP, MES, quality, manufacturing, and service systems.
- Experience with quality and regulatory frameworks including ISO, AS9100, and IATF 16949.
