Responsibilities

Review requirements, resolve specification issues, and support specification signoff.
Create high-level designs, detailed designs, test plans, and development reports for software modules.
Develop and integrate Wi-Fi software modules for Linux- and Android-based in-vehicle infotainment systems.
Build Wi-Fi access point, station, and Wi-Fi Direct features and resolve dependencies with chipset vendors and cross-functional teams.
Perform static analysis, root-cause analysis, issue resolution, board bring-up, calibration, and hardware-level debugging.
Develop tools and scripts to automate testing, run development tests, document results, and support Wi-Fi Alliance certification.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with an electronics background.
At least 2 years of relevant experience developing Wi-Fi software components for Linux and Android platforms.
Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Java.
Experience with Android AOSP, Linux-based infotainment systems, and build environments.
Development experience with 802.11n, 802.11ac, 802.11ax, WPA2, WPA3, Wi-Fi access point, Wi-Fi station, and Wi-Fi Direct features.
Good understanding of Linux and Android network stacks.
Proficiency capturing Wi-Fi sniffer logs and analyzing pcap files.
