Responsibilities
- Design AI systems, enterprise architectures, and technical solutions aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the architecture and design of shared software frameworks, platforms, and components.
- Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and project managers to align initiatives with organizational strategy.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and architectural solutions.
- Develop architecture standards, best practices, governance frameworks, and design principles.
- Analyze and validate architectures while balancing business requirements, costs, and technical capabilities.
- Lead complex technical projects and provide architectural oversight across multiple initiatives.
- Advise on application and infrastructure development as a technical domain expert.
- Drive innovation, technology strategy, roadmaps, and investment decisions.
- Participate in technology due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Mentor architects, engineers, and technical teams and promote technical excellence.
- Prepare technical presentations, white papers, training materials, and executive communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology leadership roles.
- Deep knowledge of software architecture, infrastructure architecture, cloud technologies, and system integration.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex, scalable enterprise systems.
- Strong experience with architecture governance, technology standards, and best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in evaluating and adopting emerging technologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience influencing senior leadership and driving strategic technology initiatives.
- Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, AI or machine learning architecture experience, technology due diligence experience, TOGAF or cloud certifications, architecture team management, technical thought leadership, and large-scale modernization or digital transformation experience.
