Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, gather requirements, and develop AI adoption roadmaps.
- Design and implement enterprise AI and Generative AI capabilities, including data integration, RAG, semantic search, agentic workflows, prompt management, governance, and monitoring.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure Cognitive Services.
- Design reusable AI components and support AI-powered business solutions such as chatbots, KYC automation, document intelligence, knowledge management, and decision support applications.
- Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, solution reviews, and stakeholder communications throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Support user acceptance testing, production deployments, project documentation, knowledge sharing, and capability development.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in technology consulting, solution delivery, digital transformation, or enterprise applications.
- At least 3 years of experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI initiatives.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI Service.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, AI governance, responsible AI, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience in consulting, system integration, or technology services environments.
- Experience delivering projects in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
