Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Lead integration of generative AI and agentic AI technologies to automate IP workflows and improve data insights and user experience.
- Collaborate with legal and intellectual property stakeholders to convert business needs into technical solutions.
- Maintain secure, reliable, scalable, and enterprise-aligned application architecture.
- Mentor development teams and contribute to technical leadership, design reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Implement responsible AI practices, including evaluation, guardrails, security, and governance.
- Lead or support development teams from project definition through implementation and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or qualifying equivalent experience.
- 11+ years of overall software development experience with enterprise-grade applications.
- 8–10 years of full-stack development experience using Java, Python, Spring Boot, Angular, or similar technologies.
- 4+ years designing distributed, event-driven, API-first systems with strong reliability and security postures.
- Strong expertise in generative AI and LLM ecosystems, including LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, search patterns, vector databases, and enterprise AI deployment.
- Strong understanding of SQL, relational database design, and NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency with AWS services including EC2, EKS/ECS, IAM, API Gateway, S3, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, SonarQube, and automated testing frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
- Strong communication, collaboration, independent prioritization, ownership, debugging, root cause analysis, system design, documentation, test preparation, and test review skills.
- Preferred qualifications include AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications; Gradle and Maven; IntelliJ or Eclipse; Test-Driven Development; and experience leading small to medium-sized development teams.
