Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales technical design and recommend Agentforce solutions integrated with external agent frameworks.
- Design agent interoperability using open standards such as MCP and A2A, including integrations with Copilot, Gemini, and hyperscaler services.
- Configure conversational and background agents with Agentforce Studio and Agent Builder, including integrations with voice and other external channels.
- Lead prompt engineering, testing, monitoring, iteration, and agent lifecycle strategy.
- Build rapid hands-on prototypes and demos with Account Executives and Sales Engineers.
- Facilitate customer and internal workshops, whiteboarding sessions, technical enablement, and proof-of-value engagements.
- Integrate Data Cloud/Data 360, CRM, MuleSoft APIs, and external agent endpoints within compliant and governed architectures.
- Own architecture decisions covering data modeling, identity resolution, data graphs, activation strategies, and real-time versus batch patterns.
- Create thought leadership materials, technical documentation, knowledge bases, FAQs, demo templates, whitepapers, and enablement content.
- Serve as a central technical resource for internal inquiries and help specialist teams conduct technical discussions effectively.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise data, analytics, and AI architectures in technical pre-sales, consulting, or related environments.
- Strong understanding of external agent ecosystems, interoperability, prompt engineering, agent lifecycle management, and hands-on prototype development.
- Experience with machine learning concepts, including predictive and generative AI, and the ability to communicate technical value to diverse audiences.
- Deep expertise with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and Redshift, including batch, streaming, and CDC ingestion patterns.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, SQL, or R, and data frameworks such as pandas or Jupyter.
- Strong presentation, communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder guidance skills.
- Preferred: hands-on Salesforce Agentforce experience and deep fluency with Data 360 and Salesforce platform services.
- Preferred: experience integrating Salesforce with external agents through APIs and open standards such as MCP and A2A.
- Preferred: familiarity with prompt governance, observability, monitoring frameworks, cross-platform integrations, conversational voice pipelines, and multimodal integrations.
- Preferred: exposure to TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLOps practices, Google Vertex AI, or AWS SageMaker.
