Responsibilities
- Architect and develop Agentic AI solutions, frameworks, and reusable AI components.
- Design and deploy AI agents for voice, email, agent-assist, commercial, and customer-operations use cases.
- Build cloud-native AI solutions using AWS and Azure technologies.
- Implement LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, tool calling, memory, and multi-agent workflows.
- Integrate AI agents with Salesforce, SAP, Genesys, ServiceNow, and enterprise data platforms.
- Establish AI governance, observability, monitoring, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor AI engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Strong Python and AWS and/or Azure expertise.
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, vector databases, RAG, AI evaluation frameworks, enterprise integrations, and cloud-native architecture.
- Preferred experience with Voice AI, Contact Center AI, Conversational AI, Genesys, Observe.AI, Salesforce, and SAP ecosystems.
- AWS and/or Azure AI certifications are preferred.
