Responsibilities
- Improve client device experiences for notifications and preferences.
- Build the platform for sending delightful notifications across teams.
- Collaborate with Machine Learning engineers to optimize notification signals.
- Maintain high operational health and client performance standards.
- Work with Product and Design leads to balance user delight and impact.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Elixir, or Typescript with a willingness to learn new languages.
- A track record of delivering high-quality software reliably and on time.
- Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
- Motivated to help team members succeed and grow through feedback.
