Base Salary
$270k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated technical advisor to recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators using Claude in real hiring workflows.
- Identify and codify recruiter-created skills and workarounds into reusable educational assets.
- Run enablement sessions, office hours, workshops, hackathons, and demonstrations across the Recruiting organization.
- Pair with recruiters on prompts, skills, and agent workflows and debug technical issues.
- Build rapid prototypes and pilots for high-value workflows with a path to productionization.
- Collaborate with the AI Council to vet recruiter-built skills and with People Products to hand off successful pilots.
- Identify patterns across engagements and share insights with Recruiting leadership, Data Solutions, and People Products.
- Create documentation, tutorials, sample skills, and walkthroughs for recruiting audiences.
Requirements
- Experience as a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, technical enablement professional, or equivalent builder with shipped products.
- Production experience building LLM-powered applications and workflows, including prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, and evaluation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript and a pragmatic approach to internal tooling.
- Ability and enthusiasm to teach AI concepts and workflows to audiences without engineering backgrounds.
- Judgment to determine whether a problem requires enablement, technical support, or software.
- Strong communication skills for working with recruiters and engineers.
- Passion for making powerful technology safe and beneficial.
- Preferred: experience with recruiting or people technology such as Greenhouse, Workday, scheduling tools, and sourcing tools.
- Preferred: experience in recruiting, people operations, or another operations-heavy function.
- Preferred: internal-tools or platform experience with close customer collaboration.
- Preferred: experience running enablement programs, workshops, or developer-relations-style programs.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
