Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own critical financial systems end-to-end, including transaction authorization and payment processing.
- Build new financial products and improve existing systems.
- Contribute to foundational platform work, including shared services and API infrastructure.
- Leverage AI tools throughout the development process.
- Collaborate across product, design, infrastructure, compliance, and engineering teams.
- Drive impact in a fast-paced, growing company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production backend systems, preferably in fintech.
- Experience with services handling real money or real-time decisions.
- Proficiency in Go or a similar programming language.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate development.
- Strong understanding of data consistency and transactional integrity in distributed systems.
- Experience with relational databases and API design.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tooling.
- Participation in on-call rotations and incident response.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
