Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements, technology architecture, system interdependencies, and application stacks.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated tests for functional, regression, performance, and API testing.
- Build and improve reusable automation frameworks, tools, libraries, test cases, and validation processes.
- Create technical specifications, test plans, usage scenarios, defect records, performance metrics, and project documentation.
- Track bugs, resolutions, risks, deployment issues, and mitigation measures throughout projects.
- Collaborate with development, Agile delivery, business subject matter expert, testing, client, and internal stakeholder teams.
- Support acceptance criteria, automation backlogs, continuous deployment practices, backend/database programming, and system problem resolution.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with API Automation Testing.
- Experience designing and implementing automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Ability to perform functional, regression, performance, software validation, and backend/database testing.
- Ability to analyze requirements, develop technical specifications, resolve complex design issues, and document automation processes.
- Ability to collaborate with development teams, clients, users, testers, and business subject matter experts.
