Responsibilities
- Act as a technical advisor and advocate for Neo4j with customers and prospects.
- Drive the technical evaluation stage of sales cycles through qualification, discovery, presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, sizing, and technical documentation.
- Design and co-create reference and solution architectures integrating Neo4j with customer applications and existing environments.
- Support Sales in qualifying opportunities, accelerating deal cycles, and meeting regional revenue goals.
- Build trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate customer needs to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
- Participate in account-based marketing events, conferences, and trade shows, and travel as needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of customer-facing experience in a similar Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant capacity.
- Experience with enterprise data architecture, data analytics, data science, or cloud data architecture.
- Familiarity with graph data technology is essential; Neo4j experience is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with relational SQL and/or NoSQL databases and at least one of Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C#.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing data solutions in AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premise environments.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and business value through presentations, whiteboarding, and platform demonstrations.
- Strong technical judgment, business acumen, learning orientation, prioritization, problem-solving, and change-management capabilities.
