Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architectures and processes for SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Analyze customer requirements and define integration scenarios with other systems, including SAP S/4HANA.
- Coordinate module leads and integrative scenarios within the overall solution architecture.
- Present system architectures to stakeholders and build confidence in the proposed solutions.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for customers and project teams.
- Collaborate with module leads, consultants, developers, and project managers to support successful implementations.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors.
- Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and their integration possibilities.
- Ideally, experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM.
- Experience leading and coordinating IT implementation projects.
- Strong conceptual, communication, presentation, and complex problem-solving skills.
