Responsibilities

Architect and develop scalable ServiceNow applications and module extensions for ITSM, GRC/IRM, and SecOps workflows.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and SIEM, IAM, ERP, and cloud platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and event-based messaging.
Engineer workflow and process automations for governance, security operations, and service delivery.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, inefficient queries, and script execution issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and apply platform best practices to maintain availability and responsiveness.
Implement security policies, role-based access controls, segregation of duties, and audit requirements.
Collaborate with architects, delivery managers, compliance officers, and business stakeholders to develop resilient technical solutions.

Deep proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow server- and client-side programming, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, REST Message APIs, and Flow Designer.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow instance management, update set governance, CI/CD pipelines, scoped applications, and upgrade-safe development.
Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through integration hubs, middleware, or direct APIs.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools, especially ServiceNow, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with significant focus on ITSM modules.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing and configuring GRC and/or SecOps modules.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Custom Applications certifications.
Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset.
