Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of a scalable AWS architecture.
- Design and implement robust Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans.
- Own the strategy for capacity planning and autoscaling of compute resources.
- Define monitoring and alerting philosophy using New Relic and IncidentIO.
- Refine Change Management and CI/CD pipelines for safe code deployment.
- Harden network architecture and application security posture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering.
- Proven track record managing complex AWS environments.
- Experience running blameless postmortems and driving remediation work.
- Deep experience configuring New Relic for meaningful insights.
- Proficient in Terraform and a 'Code-First' approach to infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
