Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system stability.
- Integrate SAP Plant Maintenance modules with other enterprise systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
- Document technical specifications and communicate with stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Proficiency in SAP EAM is required.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration techniques in enterprise environments.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
