Responsibilities
- Lead client interactions and communications to maximize product utilization.
- Act as the client liaison during implementation to understand business operations and manage expectations.
- Collaborate with software developers on API integration and data conversion requirements.
- Provide formal training to client project teams and end-users.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to internal team members throughout the integration process.
- Support clients by demonstrating product knowledge and best practices.
- Track and communicate client issues, resolving them proactively.
- Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and milestones.
- Provide industry expertise and recommendations based on client maintenance and operational needs.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues on products, marketing, sales, and account management initiatives.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in software implementation, client integration, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Experience in production, maintenance, or similar industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Experience working with clients at various organizational levels.
- Understanding of business requirements definition and user training.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical knowledge and ability to quickly become an expert in the software.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Membership in professional organizations or relevant certifications is a plus.
