Base Salary
$70k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide post-go-live administrative support for multiple clients
- Configure and solution Vault applications, including workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, and notifications
- Assist with quality processes including SOPs, Quality Events, CAPAs, Deviations, Change Control, Audits, and Training
- Perform bulk content and data imports and exports
- Provide ad hoc training for users and administrators
- Analyze and deploy new product features
- Maintain production and sandbox environments
- Create regular and ad hoc customer reports
- Partner with customer administrators at sponsors and contract manufacturing organizations to deliver business solutions
Requirements
- Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software
- Customer service or consulting experience
- Ability to understand client requirements and articulate potential solutions
- Experience fulfilling customer needs and managing expectations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to switch tasks quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Project management experience is preferred
- Understanding of life sciences drug development processes is preferred
- Understanding of life sciences compliance and validation requirements is preferred
- Experience with quality information management or content management systems such as Veeva Vault, ETQ Reliance, Sparta TrackWise, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum D2, FirstDoc FirstPoint, NextDocs, or UL ComplianceWire is preferred
