Responsibilities
- Manage and improve provisioning, de-provisioning, and modification processes for user accounts.
- Conduct access reviews and entitlement cleanups to ensure least-privilege access.
- Identify gaps in lifecycle processes and recommend enhancements.
- Process and validate access requests in alignment with security policies.
- Support onboarding applications into IAM systems, including SSO configuration.
- Implement IAM security controls such as MFA and Conditional Access policies.
- Monitor for identity threats and recommend remediation steps.
- Participate in identity governance processes such as certification campaigns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing access-related evidence.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IAM processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in an IAM role, focusing on Azure environments.
- Strong understanding of Azure Entra ID and IAM security features.
- Experience with SSO integrations and identity protocols like SAML and OAuth.
- Ability to analyze and improve access models applying least privilege principles.
- Proficiency with PowerShell or similar scripting tools.
- Experience monitoring for identity-related threats in cloud IAM environments.
- Knowledge of IT/security governance frameworks and experience supporting audits.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for identity issues.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Relevant certifications preferred, such as Microsoft SC-300 or Security+.
