Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex performance issues that the in-house performance testing team has been unable to resolve.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Assess software development lifecycle practices and application architecture.
- Conduct performance testing and validation activities.
- Perform capacity planning and application performance management.
- Detect and resolve performance-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application performance.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies.
- Experience with capacity planning and application performance management.
- Familiarity with problem detection and resolution techniques.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and architecture.
- 15 years of full-time education.
