Responsibilities
- Define the target-state SDM Debt Manager architecture and migration roadmap.
- Lead end-to-end solution design for Collections, Recoveries, integrations, and data migration.
- Assess current-state platforms and recommend future-state architecture strategies.
- Provide technical leadership across design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Drive architecture governance and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with business SMEs, enterprise architects, CR Software teams, and delivery teams.
- Oversee platform modernization and large-scale migration initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and resilient debt management solutions.
- Support stakeholder engagement and strategic decision-making throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Manage vendor and third-party technology partnerships and align technology roadmaps with business objectives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with SDM Debt Manager solution architecture and implementation.
- Strong domain knowledge of Collections, Recoveries, and Debt Management platforms.
- Proven experience leading large-scale collections platform migration programmes.
- Expertise in enterprise architecture and solution design.
- Strong systems integration experience using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience designing and executing complex data migration strategies.
- Knowledge of application modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of architecture governance and solution assurance practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Experience analyzing requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience managing vendor and third-party technology partnerships.
- Familiarity with testing, deployment, cutover, and release management processes.
- Ability to define technology roadmaps and align them with business objectives.
