Responsibilities
- Consult with clients and internal stakeholders on strategic solution design, business requirements, technical vision, and business value.
- Own presales scoping, estimation, proposal framing, technical presentations, solution cost modeling, and optimization.
- Ensure the technical integrity, quality, scalability, risk management, and standards alignment of large and complex solutions.
- Lead transitions from sold opportunities to implementation teams and provide leadership and oversight through implementation.
- Act as the technical escalation point for assigned clients and provide technical leadership for solution enhancements, modifications, issue management, and research.
- Define, maintain, and promote enterprise solution standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Mentor less experienced architects and lead through influence across clients, product teams, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Evaluate industry and technology trends and provide feedback to product and business teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of combined experience in technical presales and implementation roles.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in database marketing, direct marketing, or interactive marketing environments.
- Minimum 10 years of experience working in an external client-facing environment.
- Recent experience with non-cloud-to-cloud migrations, cloud platforms, Snowflake or Databricks, clean rooms, CDP or Customer 360, real-time architectures, or AI/ML-enabled analytics.
- Deep hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies.
- Subject-matter expertise in identity resolution, including deterministic and probabilistic methods and offline/online stitching.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise delivery methodology design, project management, and change management procedures.
- Ability to create designs, elicit requirements, plan implementations, communicate technical business benefits to nontechnical stakeholders, and lead complex solutions.
- Excellent written, verbal, relationship, leadership, and client communication skills.
- Automotive data and solutions experience is preferred but not required.
