Responsibilities
- Conduct technical assessments of prospective partners to ensure alignment with OpenAI's strategic goals.
- Develop and deliver tailored technical enablement programs for partners.
- Collaborate with partners' sales teams to qualify and close opportunities.
- Lead technical support during partners' initial projects for successful implementations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by addressing complex technical inquiries.
- Create and maintain internal documentation and playbooks for partner engagements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role managing C-level relationships.
- Experience enabling and scaling SI and Consulting partner networks.
- Thorough understanding of IT security principles and B2B SaaS product requirements.
- Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python or Javascript and REST APIs.
- Effective presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
