Responsibilities
- Build full-stack digital health applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and MCP-based systems for tool orchestration and automation.
- Develop AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK and services including IAM, Lambda, ECS/Fargate or EKS, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, and RDS/DynamoDB.
- Create GitHub Actions workflows with reusable actions, multi-environment promotion, approvals, and rollback capabilities.
- Implement unit, integration, end-to-end, BDD, and contract testing using Cucumber, Gherkin, and Playwright.
- Produce traceability, validation, documented changes, and audit-ready evidence aligned with GxP expectations.
- Use Jira for backlog hygiene, sprint planning, reporting, and clear acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to performance testing, observability, security and compliance controls, developer-experience initiatives, and automated rollback improvements.
Requirements
- Proficiency with a modern frontend framework such as React and a backend language such as TypeScript/Node.js or Python.
- Hands-on experience with AWS CDK and core AWS services.
- Strong experience building GitHub Actions workflows, reusable actions, and multi-environment release promotion.
- Practical experience with Cucumber/Gherkin, Playwright for end-to-end and UI testing, and contract testing.
- Working knowledge of GxP expectations, including traceability, validation, documented changes, and audit-ready evidence.
- Experience designing and integrating systems using MCP patterns.
- Demonstrated Jira usage for backlog management, sprint planning, reporting, and acceptance criteria.
- Clear written and spoken English communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics and drive consensus.
- Preferred experience with k6, Gatling, or JMeter, profiling, instrumentation, Grafana dashboards and alerts, secrets management, SAST/DAST/SCA, SBOM generation, policy-as-code, templates, golden paths, internal portals, feedback forums, and office hours.
