Associate Solutions Engineer - Beijing
CloudflareResponsibilities
- Shadow customer calls and technical deep-dives with Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
- Build and deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases involving web security, performance, and serverless computing.
- Participate in workshops covering Cloudflare technologies such as Workers, Zero Trust, DNS, DDoS mitigation, and WAF.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve customer technical questions.
- Document customer requirements and translate them into solution architectures.
- Rotate across Greater China, ANZ, and ASEAN customer teams every four months.
- Contribute to internal tooling, demonstration environments, and solution accelerators.
Requirements
- Graduated within the past two years or have equivalent demonstrated technical experience through boot camps, self-study, or professional work.
- Explain core networking concepts, including DNS resolution, URL requests, and TCP/UDP differences.
- Available to start in July 2026 and commit to the full 12-month program and regional rotations.
- Able to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
- Authorized to work without sponsorship.
- Internship or project experience in customer-facing, consulting, or technical sales environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, Bash, or similar technologies is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP APIs, or cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred.
- Evidence of technical project ownership, such as a GitHub portfolio, conference talks, or open-source contributions, is preferred.
