Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Search Ads relevance stack, including query understanding and multi-stage ranking.
- Design and productionize ML models to enhance sponsored-result relevance and personalization.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to link relevance improvements to ads marketplace outcomes.
- Help define the roadmap and technical culture of the Ads Data team.
- Work in a collaborative environment with experienced team members from top tech companies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in building and shipping ML systems in production, particularly in search or ads ranking.
- Hands-on experience with modern deep learning tools like PyTorch and familiarity with vector search concepts.
- Proven track record of productionizing models that integrate LLMs with structured features.
- Product-focused mindset with a bias toward execution and measurable impact.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
