Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and support of complex Microsoft Power Apps solutions.
- Develop and secure Dataverse solutions, including Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate workflows.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Estimate project timelines and costs and align delivery with business goals.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into estimates and technical specifications.
- Act as a client-facing primary point of contact and troubleshoot technical issues.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required; the posting also references 9+ years of experience.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong experience with Dataverse, Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Platform configuration and development.
- Proven experience leading and managing developers, estimating timelines and costs, and managing projects.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Power Apps Portals, Azure Portal, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Dataverse plugin development with Visual Studio and C#, and data migration into Dataverse is desirable.
