Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and support custom software solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Design, develop, and secure Dataverse solutions, including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate workflows.
- Lead and manage a team of developers while providing mentoring and technical guidance.
- Estimate project timelines and costs and support the execution of network deliverables.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into estimates and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate.
- Technical ability in Microsoft Power Platform configuration, development, and web service programming.
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex Power Apps solutions.
- Experience leading and managing developers, including mentoring and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Desirable experience with Power Apps Portals, Azure Portal, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Dataverse plug-in development, Visual Studio, C#, and data migration into Dataverse.
