Responsibilities
- Understand customer business problems and advise on deploying the DataDome solution.
- Visualize customer internal systems and information topology.
- Lead technical discussions with prospects to define challenges and success criteria.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
- Guide customers through evaluations to ensure business and technical requirements are met.
- Configure prospect instances to enhance bot detection.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams to promote adoption and share customer feedback.
- Work with Account Executives to assess, qualify, and track opportunities in Salesforce and design effective technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of pre-sales experience within an enterprise-level SaaS ecosystem.
- A consultative approach and a track record of overcoming technical and security objections and communicating product value.
- Experience translating technical concepts for varied audiences.
- Good understanding of web-based solutions, website development, and structured data.
- Highly analytical, customer-oriented, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management experience.
- Cybersecurity experience is appreciated but not required.
- Familiarity with Kibana and Elasticsearch is a bonus.
- Experience with Apache, Nginx, Varnish, IIS, or Lambda@Edge is a bonus.
