Responsibilities

  • Understand customer business problems and advise on deploying the DataDome solution.
  • Visualize customer internal systems and information topology.
  • Lead technical discussions with prospects to define challenges and success criteria.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Guide customers through evaluations to ensure business and technical requirements are met.
  • Configure prospect instances to enhance bot detection.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams to promote adoption and share customer feedback.
  • Work with Account Executives to assess, qualify, and track opportunities in Salesforce and design effective technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of pre-sales experience within an enterprise-level SaaS ecosystem.
  • A consultative approach and a track record of overcoming technical and security objections and communicating product value.
  • Experience translating technical concepts for varied audiences.
  • Good understanding of web-based solutions, website development, and structured data.
  • Highly analytical, customer-oriented, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Cybersecurity experience is appreciated but not required.
  • Familiarity with Kibana and Elasticsearch is a bonus.
  • Experience with Apache, Nginx, Varnish, IIS, or Lambda@Edge is a bonus.
