Base Salary
$156k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack features for internal compliance platforms.
- Own and deliver small projects or features independently.
- Contribute to the governance, risk, and compliance platform.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand operational needs and propose solutions.
- Develop automations and workflows for continuous monitoring and inventory management.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to enhance development while ensuring code quality.
Requirements
- Experience building full-stack applications across backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Go, Python, React, TypeScript, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in using AI-assisted coding tools in development workflows.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and deliver modular, maintainable code.
- Comfortable partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to build effective tools.
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
