Base Salary
$120k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect integrated DevOps and DevSecOps pipelines using GitHub and Azure DevOps.
- Optimize CI/CD workflows through branching strategies, build automation, deployment patterns, configuration management, artifact versioning, and environment standards.
- Implement automated security testing, vulnerability scanning, secret management, policy enforcement, and compliance controls.
- Develop reusable reference architectures, technical patterns, documentation, infrastructure-as-code practices, and automated deployment solutions.
- Establish pipeline and runtime monitoring and observability strategies, support root-cause analysis, and improve reliability and delivery speed.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, security, and compliance stakeholders and mentor engineering teams on secure software delivery practices.
Requirements
- 10 to 12 years of experience designing and implementing complex DevOps solutions, including hands-on GitHub and Azure DevOps configuration and pipeline architecture.
- Strong practical knowledge of DevSecOps, automated security testing, vulnerability scanning, secret management, policy enforcement, and CI/CD security controls.
- Experience designing infrastructure as code and automated deployment solutions across multiple environments.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical architectures with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cloud-based delivery environments, software engineering practices, monitoring, observability, incident analysis, and application security.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, GitHub certification, or a comparable DevOps or security credential.
- Experience with sales, marketing, campaign management, or customer experience platforms and enterprise reference architectures is preferred.
- Strong communication, mentoring, documentation, collaboration, and tooling-adoption skills are preferred.
