Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate software functionality and quality standards.
- Create and execute automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools.
- Perform API testing and UI testing to identify defects and quality issues early.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements, design discussions, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and work with developers to resolve defects.
- Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to testing-process improvement and technology communities.
- Lead or supervise team activities, allocate work, coordinate resources, and support professional development where applicable.
- Manage risks and controls, follow relevant policies and regulations, and advise stakeholders within the area of expertise.
Requirements
- Experience with test management, Core Java, Selenium, API testing, and UI testing.
- Experience or knowledge of the payments domain.
- Highly valued skills include service virtualization, GPP, Masspay, SEPA payments, and MT, Pacs, and Pain messages.
- Ability to analyze requirements, resolve defects, communicate complex information, and collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated technical expertise, attention to detail, risk awareness, and ability to influence decisions within the area of expertise.
