Responsibilities
- Translate control frameworks into layered control implementations to prevent risks.
- Engineer a centralized security telemetry system for real-time control evidence.
- Develop specialized automation for continuous audit functions.
- Partner with risk management to create secure risk assessment workflows.
- Architect solutions for systems lacking native identity governance support.
- Design customer-approved access workflows for support teams.
- Transition hidden access into a single, observable permissions inventory.
- Develop automation for continuous secret discovery and inventory.
- Ensure automated de-provisioning for local identities and API keys.
- Collaborate with GRC, Finance, and Security to build compliance automation.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on background in security automation and identity engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Go.
- Experience building scalable and reliable automation ecosystems.
- Familiarity with compliance automation and continuous control monitoring.
- Understanding of risks associated with change management and data integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex security mandates into automated workflows.
